GENERAL TERMS
THE PRICES are in euros, per night, for the selected accommodation. 7 nights minimum are required. The prices include: electricity, heating, hot and cold water, crockery (the inventory is not as extensive as yours. Bring what you are used to), bedding, linen (changed every week, free of charge), outdoor individual parking space (except for Port Soleil), local tax, file fees: 25 
THE RATES apply to the one star (*) units.
For more luxurious units, from 2* up to 4*, the rates can be calculated as follows:
+ 10% on the basic price for 2*
+ 20% on the basic price for 3*
+ 30% on the basic price for 4*
3* and 4* are scarce: we advise you to book early.
PAYMENTS: 25% deposit when booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. By cheque, credit card (except American Express and Diner's), eurocheque (essential: the permitted maximum amount for foreign Eurocheques is 200 €, with the card number at the back of each cheque), postal order, bank transfer:

To be avoided because long and costly, bank charges at your expense.
ANIMALS: They are forbidden on the beach and in some studios.
ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES: à la carte: arrival any day of the week, departure any day of the week (with a minimum of 7 nights) according to vacancies. For Natura Beach, from 07/08 until 09/02: arrivals and departures Saturdays only.
CHECK IN TIME: you may collect the keys from 5.00 pm onwards. When you arrive at the naturist village of Cap d'Agde, park in front of "Agence AGN". Call at the office and then at the " Bureau des Entrées" (50 meters further) to buy the admission card for the gate (about 10 € per week).
After 8.00 pm, your keys will be at the "Bureau des Entrées". Call at the office the next day for registration.
GUARANTEE: a deposit from 150 € to 400 € depending on the selected accommodation will be required (not cashed) on arrival (returned 14 days after departure after checking and inventory of fixtures). The accommodation must be left in a tidy state: crockery cleaned, no litter, bathroom and toilet thoroughly scoured. We can deal with this service for 16 € (2-3 type), 20 € (4-5 type), 25 € (6-8 type).
CHECK OUT TIME: the keys must be returned at the office at 10.00 am at the latest. If you leave before the office is open, you can drop them in the letter box of our renting office.
SWIMMING-POOL: whatever your choice of accommodation, you have free admission to the ZEN swimming-pool located in Port Nature Colline I (open from 05/13 till 09/23).
SHORT STAYS: 3 nights minimum (off season). Please apply for rates and vacancies. For Jardin d'Eden: rooms available for overnight stay all year long.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION:
. If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the proposed date of arrival, the deposit
will not be refunded.
. Between 30 days and the proposed date of arrival, the client shall be liable to pay 100 % of all rental
charges.
. No refund if the client curtails his visit.
• 3,5% of the total amount of the rental (min.26 €/ max. 45 €).

You are entitled to these special offers only when your holiday (either 14 or 21 consecutive nights) ends on 07/08/2006 (or before) or starts on 08/19/2006 (or after). The offers apply only to the 1* and 2* type of accommodation (Natura Beach, Le Jardin d'Eden, Villas Port Nature 1° floor and garages excluded).
